Good things take time. Especially when they are handcrafted by real artisans instead of mass-produced in a sterile factory. We pack and ship your orders with care, bringing a piece of African craftsmanship straight to your American doorstep!

1. Processing Time

  • Standard Processing: Most orders are packed and shipped out within 1 to 3 business days.

  • Handmade Note: Because some of our pieces are limited-run or hand-finished, processing might occasionally take a tiny bit longer. If there’s any major delay, a real human from our team will reach out to let you know.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates (US Orders)

We offer reliable shipping options so your new treasures arrive safe and sound:

  • Standard Shipping (3–7 Business Days): Calculated at checkout based on weight and destination.

  • Free Shipping Perk: Spend over $100, and standard shipping is completely on us! Because your wardrobe and home deserve an upgrade without the extra fees.

(Note: Delivery times are estimates provided by carriers and start once the package leaves our studio, not necessarily from the exact moment you place the order).

3. Where’s My Stuff? (Tracking Your Order)

The second your order is packed, labeled, and handed over to the shipping carrier, we’ll send you a confirmation email complete with a tracking link.

Click it anytime to stalk your package’s journey from our hands to your front door. (If you don't see the email, check your spam/promotions folder—sometimes the digital mail carrier gets confused).

4. Customs, Duties & Import Surprises

Zero bad surprises here! Because we handle the logistics and import process for our US-bound orders, you will not have to pay any extra customs duties or unexpected fees when your package arrives. The price you see at checkout is the final price.

5. Lost, Stolen, or "The Mailman Had a Moment" Packages

We pack every order securely, but once it’s in the hands of the postal carrier, things are out of our control.

  • If your tracking says "Delivered" but your porch looks completely empty, double-check with neighbors or your local post office.

  • If a package goes missing or arrives severely mangled, reach out to us at mena@zurihandicrafts.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and we will work with you to make it right!
